Welcome to the Morgan House Inn. Your hosts
Line and Richard Rechholtz welcome the opportunity to express our warmth and
friendly hospitality. Our Victorian home built in 1903, is conveniently located
on a quiet side street in the center of Bar Harbor. Shops and restaurants are
only a short walk away and Acadia National Park, just minutes away by bicycle or
car.
We look forward to chatting with you during breakfast. Please let
us help you plan your next few days of activities by recommending
places to see, where to eat, and things to do. Richard grew up in
Bar Harbor and is a Park Ranger at Acadia National Park.
He know the Park and area very well and can discuss with you which
trails to hike, which carriage roads to bike, which ocean views
to see, and how not to get lost.
Rooms Whether this is your first visit to
Mount Desert Island and Acadia National Park or a return visit, Line and Richard
look forward to making your vacation the best ever with your daily activities
and comfort in mind.
Let our beautiful rooms, decor, and setting
surround you with the relaxed warmth and comfort of a New England Inn. All rooms
have a private bath, queen size bed, and television. Our Master Suite or
Honeymoon Suite has a queen size canopy bed, sitting room with a working
fireplace, balcony, and refrigerator.
